A superb USB microphone for live streaming or recording on your computer.

This is not a flimsy plastic microphone. It comes on a sturdy metal desk stand; alternately, you can remove it from the stand and screw it onto a professional mike stand. It has excellent voice quality. I followed through with a recommendation to get a "pop filter" (a nylon screen that hooks over the front of the mike on a metal cable) to reduce the explosive sound of "P's" and "B's" when talking close to the mike. The version I got screws onto the desk stand or can be attached on the shaft of a mike stand. Note that it has a "mute" switch on the front, and that it has an earphone jack so you can listen to the mike directly. I recommend you buy a USB to Mini-USB cable (note: NOT Micro-USB or Type C USB) from eBay, since these are not commonly available except in electronic specialty stores. You have several choices for the mike's pattern; I recommend the cardioid pattern, but you can try the stereo version for picking u p two different people talking.Read full review...

The physical qualities of this mic are amazing and exceed expectation. This is why I've always went with blue microphones. Although, i think that the audio quality is produces is not much better then the blue snowball. I mean, don't get me wrong, the blue snowball has great quality, i just would have thought that for 3 times the price in the yeti we would see some major audio recording differences. Absolutely Fantastic Microphone

Very well made microphone, extremely high quality. I wouldn't say it is light as it's fairly large but wouldn't say it was heavy either. Is very sturdy and something I'm not afraid of it falling apart if I move it around a lot. Was much larger than I anticipated but that's not a bad thing at all. I like things that are substantial. Sound quality is out of this world compared to the built-in computer mic or other microphones I've tried. It's like night and day compared to everything else. Picks up from a good distance and I haven't noticed any background noise to speak of really. It picks up what it's supposed to pick up. Very easy to use, just plug and play, no setup at all required with Windows 10. Haven't used it with any other OS so can't speak for anything but that. Excellent Mic!

I bought this Mic to do voice recordings for an audio book. The Mic is easy to use, plug n play. It also has excellent voice quality. I barely have to do anything to tweak my voice in post production. It is also VERY sensitive. I was recording in the back of my house, using headphones, and I could hear people talking. There was no one else in the house and all the windows were closed. I found out that there was 2 people in the FRONT of my house talking! The Mic picked it up.
