This is an amazing core workout, really enjoyed it. It was long to recieve but I'm happy with the product. Bob Harper is the best trainer ever, try this everyone... and all of his other dvd :P

Bob at his best (which means you'll feel it). Absolutely good stuff!

You just keep saying, "love you, Bob" even a couple of days after the workout. Oh and he's the "nice" one... Yeah... love you, Bob!

I REALLY LOVE THIS DVD. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE OPTION TO DO A QUICK WORK; ALTHOUGH IT IS QUICK IT IS ALSO CHALLENGING. I LIKE THE CHALLENGE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE FULL RANGE OF WORKOUTS!!!
