Marleys' last is Reggae at its' best

I had it on vinyl as a kid and needed it on CD. Its the best Marley Album for me with great album tracks and a wonderful feel and production. Listen out for 'Pimpers Paradise and the classic Could you be Loved'. This was also Marleys' last studio album.

This album showed me the depths in Reggae and is a great introduction if your a bit unsure where to start exploring in. The only one I dont like but always gets played is Redemption song. Great lyrics tho and most people like it.Read full review...

Bob Marley & The Wailers - Uprising [Remastered] (CD 20

I first heard this album on vinyl when i was about 12 years old, i loved it then and i love it now. I love the way that the words are pronounced and the timing is marvellous. It is also very melodic especially Redemption songs the ultimate track on the end. The track which caught my attention in particular was Zion train, with a cracking tempo that makes you want to boogie on down! The soulful chorus "Soul train is coming our way" reminds me of a classic blues line and warms the cockles of my heart. I hope you will see what i mean when you listen to this awesome album, which is in my view Bob Marleys best effort at making an easy listening album, to Bob along to!Read full review...
