I didn't realize when I bought this it was factory refurbished, but the price was so much lower than other offers I saw, I decided to purchase it. I have bought numerous factory refurb products over many years, and have never been disappointed even one time. This laser level was no exception. It levels itself in just a second or two and seems to be well within the accuracy specifications. The ability to turn the vertical and horizontal lines on and off individually is a very nice feature, and the green laser shows up much better than me old red one did. Highly recommended! Personal experience with Bosch laser

This tool has proven to be immensely useful for my current home remodeling project. I recommend it, but with a couple caveats. This is a very powerful green laser. The user must be extremely careful to avoid even incidental eye contact with the beam source. The other problem is that the operating switch is stiff and in an awkward location. "Grab the Bosch laser level"

First of all, it is a Bosch tool, so you know you are starting off in a good position.
The green laser is so much easier to see than the red laser level I have. It is a good size and shape and broadcasts a wide beam.

Works great inside, doesn't work outside

I need this to level ground with my tractor. I read some reviews that it works outside. You loose sight of the laser at 15 feet during day light. At night you can see it for about 250 feet or more. Well I guess I bought the wrong tool for the job unless I start shooting my levels at night. Back to the drawing board for me. Read full review...
