Improve the instructions.
Bit biased because I love Bosch stuff... however I think Bosch should improve the detail provided in their instruction booklet in their explanations of use. I think it is better to 'over do it' rather than skimp the detail, leaving the operator to guess and fumble.
We had the earlier version of this double oven, installed about 16 years ago, and needed to replace it. The instruction booklet provided was so much more helpful.
