Need to get go know it

Having used it a few times now, I have found it to be good at detecting electric / studs / and pipes but recently drilled hole in solid wall and hit steel that it did not show was present.
You can mostly tell where electric is in wall by eye by sockets locations either side of wall. The 120 accurately pin points them even the electric in the adjoining room.
So despite it not detecting anything you still need to drill carefully.
