Love this Machine

I was very worried about buying this machine because of its single bolier but it really isn't a problem. After turning steam on it only takes about 25 seconds to heat up and its not like your standing around doing nothing in that time, usually would be cleaning up the coffee ginds from the extraction or getting the milk to froth. There's only a few very minor complaints. The end of the steam wand has a grove which makes it that little bit harder to clean. The other thing is that the stainless steel is scratched quite easily. A higher grade stainless would be nicer, but as I said these are very minor.

Just the BEST coffee machine that we have ever used.

We are on our 2nd machine by BREVILLE purchased from the GOOD GUYS (Mackay).
This is the later model with the in built coffee grinder. It is just so much easier to make the required cup of double shot each morning. (Plus it is all set up ready to go.)
We would really recommend purchasing your BREVILLE products from the GOOD GUYS, as they have excellent & well trained staff who all "bend over backwards" to help in anyway needed.
The present machine is now nearly 2 years old and is still going strong.

The Breville BES870 makes a great drop.
Its convenient, easy to use and has large storage units for coffee beans and water.

Sensational coffee

It makes the perfect coffee as the temperature set is lower than boiling point. I use it daily and mares a better coffee than 90% of the shops in Sydney.
Experiment with the coffee beans and buy one you like.
We happen to like the Aldi coffee beans as it has a hint of chocolate in it. On Sale we buy Vittoria organic coffee.

Produces great coffee

I purchased this product because I was sick of drinking mediocre instant coffee.
Choice recommended it.
It took a day or so to get the hang of it but now I have only one problem. The coffee dispenser delivers too much coffee even on the minimum setting. I set it for 1 cup and it over fills the 2 cup filter basket so I have to keep my eye on the coffee level.
