If you have extremely oily skin - this product is for you.

I used to avoid sunscreen because I am a male with an extremely oily brown skin. Any sun cream would leave a white shiny film on my face (which is disgusting enough) and after an hour or so, my face would get even oilier forcing me to wipe off everything. So I preferred not using any sun cream at all until I saw this video on YouTube: Sunscreen Recommendations for Every Skin Type by WishTrend .

I realized I was using wrong sunscreens all this time. Bought this one according to the recommendation of the video. Here are a few things I have to say about the product:
1) I use this product after I have used a suitable facewash, toner, serum and a moisturizer. The serum and moisturizer that I use help me prevent oiliness on my face. I use Hawaiian Fresh Clear serum and Soothing & Moisture Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel both by Nature Republic (a Korean brand).
2) After that I apply the s[Cosrx] Aloe Soothing Sun Cream SPF50 PA+++ . Initially it makes the face shiny but after a while the entire product is absorbed completely. No whitish films whatsoever. And if it is not obvious on my brown skin, I am sure it will not be at all on a fairer skin.
3) My face does become oily 1 or 2 hours later but not as much as it used to before. To be honest, much much less than before. I don't have to bother wiping off anything. I just use a blotting tissue to remove any excess oil from time to time.
4) I use this product for outdoor purposes only. Will use Elishacoy Water Drop Sun Cream SPF33 PA++ for indoors according to the recommendation of the video.

Don’t use if you’re prone to breakouts!

I really love how hydrating and moisturising this is and it doesn’t give me a white cast. However a few days in, my skin started breaking out so I had to stop using it. Best skin care product imo

I’ve tried MANY different skin care and this brand works wonders on my skin. And if I had to pick one product from COSRX I couldn’t live without I would definitely pick this sun cream. Best sun cream

I have been using biotherm spf50 about 2 years, because I have not found a better one... my skin is a little bit weird, I have a lot of break outs. But my lovely chinese friend recommended me cosrx korean beauty series - and I am in love!

Compared to biotherm this cream is not greasy, and will make your skin stay hydrated (mousturizing). Very easy and great formula.

Best For After Peels & Rosacea

I have very sensitive fare skin with only red rosacea. I burn and can itch at times when really flared. I also get a little ruddy on my cheecks. I have used all kinds of sunscreens and even expensive ones almost at $100. This is the ONLY sunscreen I have used that doesn't burn my skin/eyes, break me out, and my skin stays pretty hydrated while in use!
I took a risk & used The Ordinary 30% AHA 2% BHA peel for 7 minutes. I had no adverse reaction even with my flare. Today my skin looks so much better and VERRY less red. I used this sun cream 2x today being outdoors this am and later inside. My skin feels great and looks great. The cream kept me highly moisturized with NO reactions. Very soothing sunscreen

It is a great sunscreen for oily, acne-prone and sensitive skin, just like my own. It doesn't break me out and it helps to relieve the redness. If my skin is feeling sensitive, it also doesn't burn it. It is great. Also, this sunscreen doesn't promise to leave a matte finish, but it doesn't make your skin look shinier. The only small downside is that it leaves a bit of a tacky feeling, but I am used to use a powder on top of my sunscreen to lock everything into place, so my skin ends up looking velvety and shine-free.Read full review...

I used to avoid sunscreen because I have oily, sensitive skin with acne. I am pale too and every sunscreen left a white oily mask in my face with red spots due to acne (like an oily teenager Casper the ghost). Of course I was burning a lot too, even if I avoided sun. This stuff is amazing ❤ It doesn't irritate my skin and it's not greasy at all. Easy to use and absorbs really quick.

I need to use sunscreen every day and this little beauty goes on smooth and no white marks at all. It’s great for my skin and will continue to get it imported as it works so well with a Tretinoin prescription.
