Key Not Working

I had a hunch that the key/code will not work as it was sold as used but bought it anyway. And so I had to buy the key online at $5 which was not bad at all. How I wish games these days are as simple as 20 years ago where you don’t need steam or origin to install them!Read full review...

Good game that falls short in it's multiplayer maps.

Bought this game so me and my friend that lives in the US has something to do while talking.

The game is pretty much the same as Modern Warfare 2 but has a lot of the annoying things fixed like the ''n00btube''

If you follow the story I'd say you'll be pleased with the single player even though it's roughly 3-4 hours long.

It's what MW2 should have been but the game falls short on it's multiplayer maps. Many of the maps are pretty bad but you will find some maps that are awesome.

For the price I paid for it (24USD) for a english steam key I'd say it's worth every dollar.

Product Information
Activision Blizzard's top-selling first-person shooter franchise marches on with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Players must deal with the fallout from the devastating attacks on U.S. and British soil in a storyline that picks up where 2009's Modern Warfare 2 left off. The single-player campaign has you battling Russian ultranationalists, led by Vladimir Markov, as members of the U.S. Delta Force and British SAS. You'll battle across war-torn areas of New York City, London, Paris, Mogadishu, Dubai, and other regions as you prepare to end the global threat once and for all.

As with previous entries in the Call of Duty series, Modern Warfare 3's campaign features a heavily scripted, cinematic experience with Hollywood-style special effects. One new mission, for example, has you involved in underwater travel with a sonar-equipped submersible watercraft. You'll then fight inside an enemy-controlled submarine before guiding an inflatable raft across turbulent waters while a naval battle rages nearby. Other sequences have you firing mounted guns, driving vehicles, and more while explosions light up the landscape.

Returning to the game is the cooperative Spec Ops mode that features a series of standalone missions on different maps. New to Spec Ops is a survival option that has you and either a friend or a computer partner battling waves of enemy forces. Shooting down enemies earns you cash, which can be used to purchase new perks, items, weapons, and other upgrades. You'll also be able to earn bonuses by working together as a team and maintaining kill streaks.

The heart of the game is once again the 18-player online component, which introduces all-new maps and a variety of enhancements to the format introduced in Modern Warfare 2. Popular features such as kill-streak awards, experience points, weapons-based achievements, and perks return, allowing you to customize your character as you progress. An optional subscription service entitled "Call of Duty Elite" will allow players to track detailed statistics such as win-loss records, kill-death ratios, time played, most successful maps, favorite weapons, and much more

Buyer beware and avoid.

Modern Warfare 3 is the latest Call of Duty to confirm our suspicions, Sledgehammer and Infinity Ward have clearly given up on producing quality pieces and have gone the way of EA.

Let's ignore the pathetic excuse of a story and single player, since the majority of people buying this will be for the multiplayer, of which suffers from a myriad of issues.

1. No dedicated servers, lobbies and lag galore. I Have 12MB Comcast connection, and I still get stuck in games of 100ms+.

2. Unbalanced weapons and perks. 90% of players will be using Akimbo automatic pistols + PP custom. Why? Because they are the highest tier and the developers clearly made little thought, if any, into producing a balanced weapon system. Perk wise, when you die, the other person will almost have Assassin Pro and Extreme Conditioning a part of their perks. It honestly feels like the rest of the perks and weapons are fillers.

There's a couple other network issues that's prevalent, but these 2 pretty much take the cake.

Too short, worse graphics, get it cheap or get ripped off.

I bought this game because I enjoyed Black Ops and the previous MW titles. The only thing I liked about the game was the engaging campaign; however, it was much too short. The previous titles have had short campaigns but this was ridiculous. Also, the mp is the exact same as the previous titles, no improvements, changes, etc... Additionally, as other reviews have stated, the graphics are awful, worse than the previous titles, not sure what happened here. I would give the CoD an average or above normally, but this is a sub par game, even for this series. If you like wasting money pick it up right away, otherwise wait for it to be sub 30 dollars.Read full review...

so in short You will enjoy this game same as I did.

Of course I bought the game because I know call of duty, that it's the best series ever.
And this one part of the series (modern warfare 3) made it even better, more powerful, realistic
And fun.
Everything from campaign to special ops and the multiplayer features are the best.
Fairest, and full of action fps, and I only stop playing it for an important study for a test.
There is nothing not to like about this game, besides playing it also makes you develop
Lots of great skills.
And every call of duty player out there knows how good this game is,but, if you are not
A call of duty player, then I hope you enjoy playing this game, cause once you get the right
Skills and basics, nothing can stand against you.
If I keep talking about it , this will be non-stop.
And hopefully future parts of this series will be even better.

Huge download

I have not played the game. I put the discs in but found out that it was going to download the game from Steam. Not a problem for some but I am on a 10 GB plan so it would have cost me considerable overage fees it I would have let it continue downloading. Why bother have a 2 disc game when it is downloaded on the web. Unsatisified.Read full review...

Excellent graphics, speed, story line and on-line connection.

This is an excellent game. I have BF3, but it has more problems, which makes it difficult to use. With MW3 I have had no problems. The on-line play is OK, I'm not a seasoned player, just like to play once and a while. I find that it is difficult and I die quite often. I would also like to see more ability to use more aircraft.

I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys the first person shooter type game.
