The Hydrolock keeps your hydration pack from leaking all over you or your gear, wasting precious fluid. The lock is easy to engage/disengage with one hand while engaged in activities such as hiking, running or cycling.

They do wear out, though, which is why I bought a few spares. As for value, I found these on eBay for a terrific price but other places were a lot higher (bordering outrageous at some places).Read full review...

Good replacement for not so good part

The product itself is genuine and relatively good.

The issue is not in the product i purchased but the item design. I had to purchase this part to replace in a Camelbak bag i had for about a year and barely used it after the valve just broke.

I had to buy it in order not to throw the bag away. So i find the quality not to be that good if the previous broke that fast, and the value is not as good as it might break again after little use.

But overall if you need to replace your Camelbak valve i would recommend itRead full review...

Hydration valve

This valve works great on a hydration system. I've had too many "bite" valves leak and soak things. This valve gives a positive, easy to operate shut off.
