A great value way to go EOS full frame....
A big step up from my elderly EOS D20. Full frame and astonishing ISO range mean it is good for low light. 20Mp is plenty for me, and the 1080p video is a nice bonus.
The lens is nice - my first L glass lens. A bit slow at F/4, but that is across the whole range.
The battery was completely shot so I have bought some new ones, which are not Canon, but are higher capacity.
Still getting to grips with all the features as it is a lot more complicated than the 20D, but it is a nice and relatively straight forward design if you are a Canon-ite.
Now on the hunt for a sensibly priced full frame wide angle prime which is faster.....Read full review...

Bargain full frame camera
One of the best low light full frame dslr's you will get for the money. Forget about all the modern focus systems and bells and whistles. This camera makes you work but the end results are worth it. Very well built as well. One battery lasts for ages. Highly recommended.Read full review...

Best fulframe canon for the money
I use fulframe camera many years, but I am an amateur, hobbyist. So, I choose value/money compromise, ant it is Canon 6D mark II currently. I like it, the touch+tilt rear screen is perfect as well, as other modern electronic features, as GPS and WiFi are. And, of coarse, the resolution of pictures and the small noise is perfect as well. I recommend the camera as it is, no "internal flash" is necessary.Read full review...

Great camera with great image quality
Having had most Canon cameras including !DX mkii, 5D mkiv and 6D mkii I've return to th 6D.
Image quality is up there with the best easy to use and uncomplicated also not to heavy for lugging around all day.
The sensor is full frame which allows you to use high iso without to much noise which is great when you need higher shutter speeds on dull days with long lenses.
all in all a great camera.Read full review...

A good camera at a good quality.
It is relatively easy to use although even professionals can use them ..The camera is a Full Frame unit and accept Canon EF lenses a great advantage if you already have these.
The camera is good for video filming and photographic purposes is a good follow-up unit from the
5D Mk2 and good in price and quality.Read full review...

Great to have
I have wanted a full frame camera for some time now. I saw this camera and the specification was impressive however once I actually got hold of this and used it the quality is amazing but it will only use EF Lenses so check if you are not buying a lens with the camera. Very impressive I am looking forward to many years of service and fun.Read full review...

Fantastic entry level full frame DSLR
Fantastic entry level full frame DSLR. Despite being quite old now, and having been updated and replaced by a new model, these cameras still offers excellent IQ and value for entry into Full Frame photography. I rate them excellent, and a perfect camera for Wedding Photographers and others who require a FF format.Read full review...

Great introduction to a Full Frame DSLR
Fabulous and affordable entry into a Full Frame DSLR. The Canon 6Dii is better but you can pick these up on eBay as others upgrade.

Pixel Perfection
Outstanding image quality and great low light performance because of the greater pixel pitch of this sensor allowing it to collect more light. Image quality isn't all about how many pixels, the information those pixels collect is more important to me. Great value Pro Quality images from this lightweight Canon body.Read full review...
