I will never buy Canon again!
Bought this printer for the features. The was DOA (dead on arrival) Canon sent another, refurbished printer - that didn't work either. Now waiting for the fifth printer to arrive to see if the fault is rectified.
Bottom line - I bought a brand-new printer and now have a non-working refurbished printer, with no offer of refund or compensation. This was my first ever Canon product and certainly my last. I would not recommend Canon to anyone - replacing band new equipment with refurbs is just not acceptable.Read full review...
It's OK
Great price, Fax only works right with a dedicated fax line because when it's hooked up to your phone line with an answering machine it drops your calls after about 10 - 20 seconds as your talking to the person who called you and you have to call them back. When you call back your phone call is not interrupted. So incoming calls are a problem but out going calls are ok. You have to shut off the printer and the incoming calls do not get dropped.Read full review...
