When installing on windows it is no longer compatible with more recent models of windows 10 and you must install as windows 7 so that it recognizes the device, it is something that requires basic knowledge for its correct installation.

Incredible high quality product, inexpensive and portable!

Absolutely love this printer! I have several of these printers and have purchased one for my daughter and also for my sister-in-law who has a 2 year old son. This printer is small enough to take with you where you can plug it into an outlet, or you can purchase a battery and take it with you to the beach or anywhere you take pictures. It has a port where you can put the card right in the printer and a screen where you can see the picture before you print it. You can also connect the printer to your computer to print off the internet or files on your computer. I have the adapter for my micro sd card so I can print photos I take from my phone. And these pictures are virtually indestructibly. When my kids took a picture of my husband that he didn't like, he couldn't even tear it in half. The pictures are also resistant to water. The quality of the pictures are incredibly beautiful! Another accessory you can purchase is a smaller paper holder where you can print wallet size photos and stickers that my kids have used to decorate their school folders and also use the stickers for their homework. Awesome printer, great versatility, good editing ability for its size

I have owned this printer for about a month now and have had no problems at all. I started out with the cp510 and love the versatility of both. I think that it is great that this printer has the ability to do adjustments as well as print in black and white/sepia. I've already run over 100 prints through mine and still get compliments on how well it prints. I highly recommend this to anyone whether on the go (perfect for vacation) or if your desk space is small. I put well over 1000 prints through my last before I had any problems and this seems to be better quality so I hope to be using this for several years.Read full review...

Great Little Printer

This is such a great little printer. I bought one for myself and started printing right away. The quality is great. The size is perfect. I have a bag that carrys everything including my camera so I can take it every where with ease. After sending my printed photos to my dad, he was so impressed I purchased this one on ebay for him. Good printed photos

While I wish it could be more easy to install without it's DVD, like a common printer, with it's DVD is kind of easy to install one of those.
