it does the job as intended. a very functional tool kit for repairing my whirlpool cabrio washer. One suggested improvement would be to include a clear, step by step, list of instructions for replacing the washer bearings with this tool kit. Youtube is also quite helpful.Read full review...

Part Failed Luna wont help

Terrible, this part failed in the first week and now LUNA wont accept a return. The silver part pressed onto the shaft came apart. I would seriously reconsider buying this if you're thinking about saving a couple bucks with a non-oem part... The supplier initially said they would take it back but gave me the run around and now since it's past 30 days they're avoiding responsibility. I buy a lot of appliance parts and will think twice about purchasing from Luna Parts again. Read full review...
