Great bosu workout - one of my favorites

I just completed physical therapy from a surgery and need low impact cardio. My therapist also advised using bosu to help strengthen. This does both. It’s low on impact (she doesn’t wear shoes), it’s a great workout that is easy to follow, and she keeps it enjoyable and offers more and less advance options.
