Should be rated in volume not cups. How big is a cup in their reckoning? Any I have used are much bigger

must be very small cups to get a 3 cup rating. My normal cups I use would only be 1/3 full with this machine. Maybe it should be rated in mills not cups to avoid this confusion.

Broke on first use

The handle melted off and I was left with an unusable coffee machine on its first use. I am disappointed the company only offered to send me a new handle when i have no way of attaching it.

3 cup = 1/2 cup.

Used the coffee maker, disappointed, barely made half a cup of coffee.
