Brauns short stories which started the cat who series

Originally I bought this over 2 decades ago and liked it even if some of the stories were dark and kept popping up in my head obsessively. It turns out the one with siamese mom and son were based on a healing of something horrible that had happened to one of her own cats. Excellent set of short cat stories up there with Pet Detective [Midnight Louie assorted authors] I think I accidentally gave this book away with her series [which I found amusing after reading them a few years ago] and definately wanted this in my libraryRead full review...
