A "Charm-ing" Review: "The Power of Three"

I bought this book for my teen daughter who is a "Charmed" fanatic/expert/tough judge. Here are her thoughts about this book. Since this was the first book in the series based on the TV show, it did a good job introducing the characters and was pretty faithful to the original tv storyline. What I liked best was that it also gave added background information about the characters. Unlike the tv version, you got to "read" the character's thoughts. The weakest point about the book was the writing level wasn't mature enough. But then the series is really geared to preteen girls so maybe that isn't so bad. Overall, I liked the book a lot. It was true to the tv show and was a good introduction to the characters and their lives. So I would recommend it--even if you aren't a "Charmed" fan.
