I have moderate hearing loss and wear aids. This Clarity phone replaces a regular phone. The speech is clear so that I can easily understand the caller. The ringer has many nice options other than the regular ring. There is a small light by the earpiece that comes on when a call is coming in. There is nothing that I don't like about this product.
