Great basic hard rock album

Got a used CD of Cocked & Loaded a few days ago. Played it over and over in my car. This is a good solid basic hard rock album. Harder rocking and technically more accomplished than their first album, which I got a couple weeks ago. Excellent beat, guitar riffs and vocals (Phil Lewis you da MAN), all with a nice rough edge. in my opinion this is the best l.a. guns album ever. hard rouncy, raspy, no bullshit rock and roll. AWESOME!! brings back lotsa red-eyed, alcohol-drenched, crazy memories of my twisted youth. hard to believe this music and myself survived. but here we are LOUD AND PROUD AS EVER!! you just gotta love this music. turn it up

Mahoosiv classic from L.A Guns!

L.A. Guns' "Cocked and Loaded" is one of my favourite albums, it's a f***n' classic! Just listen to tracks like "slap in the face","rip and tear", "never enough","malaria","ballad of Jane","weels on fire" + + and you will realize that these guys really was one of the best. The CD that put LA Guns on the map...for a little while

This CD was one of the albums I grew up with. I was in high school when it came out and it just clicked for me at the time. The best song on the album would have to be Ballad of Jayne but there are plenty of other solid heavy metal/hard rock songs on here as well.
