A Masterpiece by Jim Hall & Co.

I think this music will be listened to 100 years from now and appreciated. It features a meeting between some of the very best musicians of this genre alive at the time: Jim Hall on guitar, Paul Desmond on sax, Chet Baker on Trumpet, and Steve Gadd on drums. It is beautiful music to listen to when there are no distractions, like a quiet evening or a long drive, when you can surrender to the sounds and let the players carry you into their world. The one long song, Concierto, is worth the price of the album by itself. Enjoy!Read full review...
