Item arrived promptly with excellent packaging and fully tracked through the Ebay Global Shipping Service, Seller had wrote on the Packaging as a good reminder to check the voltage switch position 115/230v before connection to the power outlet.
My original decision was to build a Burner Tower System however after sourcing the equipment within the UK, I realised that it was much cheaper to purchase a complete unit from Copystars based in California USA. On Power-up only drives 2/3/4/ were detected and operational, however drive 1 the source drive remained dormant, this was detected by the self test program and selected drive 2 as the source drive, this now left me with only a 1 - 2 system, after reading the instruction booklet regarding trouble shooting there is a section regarding (No LED light up and Drive door not opening) there is a simple check remedy within the script.
Mains Power Off, I had to remove the cover to check the (Firewire Port Switch) was in the "OFF POSITION" and discovered a Cable on drive (1) was detached, - I would like to state that this is not the "SELLERS FAULT" and unfortunately my purchase was the one fully checked by Customs at JFK & LHR International Airports.
Once the cable was replaced the Duplicator Burner Tower System, was fully operational with all (4) drives working and drive (1) became the source drive again leaving (3) target drives.
