Great Value at a Good Price

Great value when compared to what Dremel sanding drums/bands cost.

The grits stated on the packaging are off by a bit, but not enough to cause any real problems. For example, I noticed the 60 grit bands were more like 40 grit, (see photos) but they still worked great. The bands aren't as nicely finished as Dremel drums, but whatever flaws you find are more than offset by the savings. The first photo shows a Dremel 60 grit band in the middle of the 60 grit and 120 grit band you'll receive in this package. The second photo is a side by side comparison of a Dremel 60 grit next to the one I took out of the package.

Overall, the durability isn't quite as good as the Dremel bands but at this price, I am not going to complain because the difference is minor. 8 out of 10 where the Dremel bands are rated a ten. You'll probably have to change the bands a little more often but it's not that big an issue.

One final comment, be sure and use the mounting barrels that come with these bands. I have heard complaints that the bands were falling apart and sometimes bursting if you mount them on a Dremel barrel — especially if you overtighten them.Read full review...

A Dremel dream...

I used these for hedge shears. I started with a 150 grit, and finished with the 400. They held up very well. I sharpened a few pairs without wearing either one of them out. Good quality!

These are on par with the drums that came with the rotary tool I originally bought. I cannot compare them to name brand dremel drums but they do the job.I will be buying more.

1/2 inch sanding discs

I had run out of the 1/2 inch sanding discs in my Dremel Tool box and needed to get more of them. The selection of grits was great and these should last me quite a few years.

Good quality, inexpensive dremel sanding drums

They work great. The package included some spare mounting drums for a Dremel chuck and various sand paper grades. They seem to be equal to OEM Dremel drums and we wouldn't hesitate in ordering them again.
