A lot of bang-for-your-buck!

This is a good card for everyone from beginners to gamer. Mine didn't come with any documentation, but it was very EASY to find documentation and the current drivers for Windows 10. You can make this is as complicated or as simple as you like. It has a built-in equalizer and all of the other stand things you'd expect to find on a high quality sound device. With this card, your computer really can become your entire home entertainment system (But I use it for listening to music in my office, since, having been a very large audio store owner for 35 years, I have a plenty of high-end audio gear around the house. I was upgrading one of my older CPUs to Windows 10, the first used 'hot deal' sound card I purchased was not Win 10 compatible, and I wasted a day trying to find drivers on stuff for that one....BUT THIS WAS A BREEZE. Sound Blaster...what else do I need to say?

The Audigy card provides great audio output and doesn't interfere with my system's top speed. This is a GREAT buy for anyone who is on a budget yet still requires a top audio card.

Works like a charm!

This sound card works great. I had to get this card because my old card was not recognized by Vista or 7. I plugged the card in turn the computer on and windows immediately recognized it. The only thing that I have heard bad about this card is that you should only use the windows drivers and don't download the manufacturer's drivers because they have a tendency to lock up your machine. Great Audio card With the right drivers.

The Sound Blaster Audigy PCI Audio Card is a great choice if you're looking for nice sound. I must note that I have found that if you are running windows vista, win 7, or win 8 you will need to go to Creative Labs website and download current drivers because the installation CD does not support these operating systems. Even when run compatibility mode it does not work. So get the proper drivers and enjoy this the sound that this card produces.Read full review...

I had to modify the insert because of my small case. This would work in any of my other two computers, however not the one I installed it in without modification. Was no problem doing it. Happy with the sound card.Read full review...

Good for Win xp Win 7, I dont think so.

For those of you who are using win-xp, this is a good inexpensive card. I don`t recommend this card if your using Win-7. I was unable to get it working properly with that OS. I think it states that it will work with Win7 but, I didn't have much luck. I have a dual boot system,xp 32 bit and Win 7-64bit. Worked good on xp, but not Win 7. With that being said, One can make an informed choice. For XP great improvement to most on board audio and frees up the CPU resources for other task. If you are using Win7 I suggest you get a sound blaster SB O8800004 X-Fi Titanium card. That`s what I Am using and,it is a humongous improvement with a ton of usable features.Read full review...

Great SB sound card for Win 10

Good for recording audio files mp3. great product for the money

I bought this card to let singers observe there own voice as they listen with headphones and sing with music on a Mic while the cards capability to record there voice with music or without and they can play back and listen to only there RAW Voice if they want and make changes to be a better singer. it has echo and extra audio enhancements with no hum or distortion from speaker outputs added to my 130 watt per channel amp at full volume with no inputs connected.Read full review...
