quick and easy to use

Remember this unit will hold 1.1 litres of oil. In regards to frying a large volume, that will not happen.
But for a small unit, this item performs great. Cleaning can be 'tricky', take your time and avoid water in exposed areas at the bottom. This unit is not submersible.

Love this deep fryer

My first deep fryer and it's so easy to use. I thought it was more involved, ie settings etc, but it's just the setting to the degrees. It was wonderful using it. Excellent mini deep fryer. WAY better in every way than the Presto Fry Daddy I had before. Rectangular fry area is great, fits longer items such as eggrolls. Uses little oil. Non-stick surface is easy to clean. Heats up fast, the basket is good. Operates with cover closed so kitchen doesn't get stunk up.
