I really enjoyed this workout dvd

I thought this dvd was a lot of fun. I liked the way they switched instructors every few minuntes and kept going over the steps. Its not extemely difficult to do the moves. Over all, being a big fan of the DCC, I would deffently buy this again, and recommend it to others.Read full review...

fun workout!

This was a fun workout and really got my heatrate up. I thought it might be cheesy but it was very athletic and they explained the moves well. I enjoy using this video for my workout.

OK but not great for a real workout

Average for a workout tape, a little disappointed. A little slow paced for me. It was cool learning the actual dance moves off the cheerleaders though.
