DS3 is a great addition to the Soulsbourne collection

But they're all great. The bosses in DS3 are not generally as hard as Bloodborne, but there are some BS bosses in here: once you know the "trick" to beating them, they are trivial, but without that trick they are super tedious. The graphics in this game are amazing though, and I like the flow between the different areas, although the progress through this one follows a more linear path than the other games.Read full review

Overall good with one personal gripe

It contains everything it should contain, makes for a solid collectors edition. Art book is amazing, best one yet, contains all 3 dark souls games art. Statue is neat, not as good as Dark Souls II collectors edition in size but its stability is a nice plus. But I still think if you get a collectors edition of a game it should give you a DLC season pass, which most certainly is not the case with this game. To be fair there is no season pass option for it at all on console so yea. Would be 5/5 if not for that.Read full review

The Adventure worth the wait.

Some frame rate dips (On the original PS4) aside, it's a fairly smooth game to play. The visual fidelity is pretty good, and the overall game itself is a blast. This is probably the best overall DS experience in the line up. Where Demon Souls and the original Dark Souls is for the most hardcore of gamers, this one bridges the gap of being accessible yet challenging taking the best things from prior games into a single experience.
