Love my coffee machine.
I've been researching bean to cup coffee machines for a couple of months. I was lucky to purchase my Delonghi Elite machine at a great price due to it being certified refurbished. This was a better model than I was going to order. It looks beautiful in my kitchen.
I agree with other owners that it is best to warm the cup first as some of the drinks are only warm. This machine does have a cup warmer on the top but may take a while to warm your cup.
I am still learning about different drinks and I need to research more on which beans are to my taste. I'm sure I will be making ice cold coffees during the warmer months ahead.
I find YouTube videos very helpful and easier to follow than the manual along with the videos from the Delonghi website.

The prima donna Elite Experience is a first class coffee machine. It’s easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean. Has a large menu of coffees and drinks to choose from which you can also tailor to your own personal taste using one of the six profiles or even create your own, perfect! I also love the steam option which gets the perfect milk foam for a cup of Horlick! The hot chocolate function is equally as good and gets the thumbs up from my kids. Great Machine - Great Coffee and Easy to Use!
This is a great coffee and well worth the expense. This was a replacement for my previous Delonghi machine and so far very happy.
Lots of options and easy to use. I would recommend this product.
It is a thirsty machine compare to my last but is so easy to keep clean its a dream so filling up a little more often is not a problem.
If you take a long coffe and run out of water, the current menu selection does get forgotten about, so keep an eye on your water level is all I would say. no biggy.Read full review...
