Awesome game. Get it for cheap if you can.

I really loved the story for the first game, so buying this one was a no-brainer. I was pretty stoked when I found it on eBay for only $20.

This game is much smoother than the first one. There's nothing sluggish about Isaac in this one. There are more guns, suits with separate purposes, new necromorphs and more consolidation in the inventory (stasis packs don't take up individual spaces and they didn't even bother with air packs this time).

That said, the story is a few hours shorter in this one and the gameplay is a little repetitive. The multiplayer is really fun, but also really frustrating due to no separation of ranks and constant team-stacking.

Still, I thoroughly enjoyed it and I can still have fun with "New Game+". I can't say I would have felt the same had I bought it full price, but for $20, it was unbeatable.Read full review...

Space Horror Revisited

Overall part 2 of the Dead Space Rendevous is alotta fun, weapons and game features cool and the adventure horrifying indeed. I'd recommend the game. Nothing lke firing the ripper or plasma cutter to sever a few appendages. I will mention with Windows 7 there is one stick point I have come across that apparently needs to be patched even with the first one out now. There are work arounds if you look on the net, but it also took me awhile to set up mouse and keyboard controls to my personal liking. Dead Space 2: Wonderfully.....horrifying.

Dead Space 2 takes place three years after the first game, still giving us control of a physically tougher, but more mentally fragile Isaac Clarke. His dementia and hallucinations really add to the game, in my opinion, and just make the atmosphere even creepier. If you liked the first game, you must play this one. It definitely fulfills the "bigger, better" moniker that so many game and movie studios attempt to apply to their sequels.Read full review...

This sequal carries on the tradition of blowing off body
parts.This game is bloody gore....if you dont like that kinds stuff

GREAT GAME..

Amazing game, well worth the money.

One of THE BEST games I have ever purchased.
The story line/plot is incredible, graphics are amazing, and the suspense will keep you going through the game.
Lots of upgrades and different strategies allow you to try all kinds of different approaches throughout the game.
Very satisfied with this purchase, I'd recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a good scare and very entertaining game play.
