If you want to avoid clips on /off and all complications surrounding them feet fenders is a good choice- no need of shoes ,clips and so on.. Easy to engage/ disengage,not too much power transfer on flats but noticeable much better on climbing. Good Alternative to Locking in

I was looking for an alternative way to increase pedaling efficiency and keep my feet on the pedals without spending a fortune on toe clips and special shoes. I think I found it with these.
