We have 2 of these already installed in our house and have been trouble free for about 7 years. We purchased this lot of 4 for our sons new house. They no longer have a switch on them which is disappointing but we had an issue with assembling them the mounts have a little allen key grub screw unfortunately the threads in the standoffs from the wall were not very good in fact two had no threads at all. We were able to repair as we had a thread tap but maybe a problem for others.We chose these as they are wider than most others on the market so towels don't need to be folded to fit on. Ideally a bit taller would be nice but don't seem to be available any longer. Overall we are happy and would recommend.Read full review...

Poorly design and poor finishing.
Product missing key screw/bolt in order to mount onto the fixed block per step 6 on instruction.
Also, inside wall bracket is full of rust before use and scatter paint falling off.
