1,000 Times Better Than Handwashing - And More Control Over Washes Than A Normal Machine
I love this machine. Have no laundry taps where I am, and while it's been a pain to find a base so it can sit outside the shower, and the inlet hose is obviously for Chinese mini houses, it has been easy to find workarounds to these and other issues.
I can lift the machine into the shower for washing, and the water is omitted down the drain - no elevation required. Bought a dog-washing tap hose from Bunnings, as it was hard to find a hose to connect to the odd-shaped tap. The clip that went with the hose broke within days, but I bought a metal hose clamp from Bunnings for under $2 and screw this on and off to secure the tap hose. This allows me to fill the machine in the shower, from the basin with the hose. I also give the clothes a spray once it's finished draining to force more suds out of the wash and down the drain.
Also, the machine does a much harder/more thorough was than a normal machine. I've found that it's best to soak delicates, then give them a quick spin on "Soft," and another soak and short spin, before using the twin tub spinner to wring them out. Still beats handwashing, and being a largely manual machine you can use it as needed. It doesn't need to be plugged in for "handwashes" (soaks) until you want to give it a one or two minute wash.

Get what you pay for, very cheap and flimsy with no drain spin pump..
No pump to circulate water so the spinner drains the suds and gentle wash and standard wash cycles are arse up, looks like a factory wiring issue. It will do for now but wish I had of bought a normal twin tub with the added features and better quality. .Read full review...

Using it
First initial thought- it’s amazing however I learned to use it properly over time
It does overheat as in after a few hours of washing, specifically the spin dry it has a burning smell so I have to give it a rest.
The instruction manual hasn’t been as helpful as reading the specifications on other sellers product pages on eBay. One week after use I discovered although it is a 5kg machine the spin only takes 3kg. This could explain the burning smell because I did not know this. It’s not in the instruction manual.
It is ideal for small cabins caravans in terms of space
This product is also perfect for couples or single homes
I wouldn’t wash my thick winter blankets but I can do a sheet at a time.
You will need to purchase hoses to extend the distance to the overflow and input hose. The input hose provided won’t fit on a usual household tap and the overflow is too short
It is loud to an extent, with caravans surrounding my cabin I’ve had to reduce the noise with a buoyancy gym mat.
I’ve also had to make a stand for the machine because it will dance around if not stabilised
Regardless end thought- amazing product I’ve considered being a reseller for this product it’s that good however they’re off the market no longer in stock on all Australian provider sites at the moment uncertain why. I do not regret purchasing this item as it’s been a saviour in my home. The power and girth this machine has astounds me

Really good little machine
It is a fantastic little washing machine. Does a really good job. We got this for a 2 week caravan trip over Xmas and used it every day. The water fill connection it comes with or the lack of isn’t the best but a quick trip to the hardware store for a few little bites made it a good little set up. Devanti Twin tub best machine ever!
This is our 2nd Devanti. We put our first in our van, and it worked a treat both on mains and inverter. When we sold the van we sold the machine with it. We bought this same machine for our new van. Yes, it came with an automatic machine 2kg which used more water than the 5kg Devanti. When you haven’t got mains connection to water this really is a biggy for us.Best spin cycle on the Devanti, 1minute spin and it’s almost dry. Big bonus is it only weighs 13.5kg. What a little champion!
I bought this washer over 6 weeks ago to use on my travels. It is compact enough that it stores in my ensuite (motorhome) when I’m traveling and light enough to lift out when I want to use it.
It has paid for itself easily in that time not having to pay expensive laundromat fees on the road. I have washed sheets, towels, curtains, cushion covers as well as clothes in this washer and it has outperformed my expectations. The spinner gets the clothes almost to dry after just a 3 minute spin.
