Pain relief must!
I experience lower back pain from time to time and whereas usually I'd suffer for a few days, popping pills if need be with this you don't have to. Real easy to use and pain relief to some degree instantly. I wear it for a couple of hours repeating the programme I like best and then I'm good to get on with life for the day.
