Been using it for a month now and have to say this hose reel is great quality! Installing it on my garage brick wall was a bit tricky as it's quite heavy...about 25kg. The trick is to uncoil the hose to make it lighter and it's easier to get to the bolt holes as well. Use an A4 size paper to trace around the bolt holes and use that as a template to drill the holes. The hose reel does not come with screws or bolts so you'll have to supply them yourself. I used 8mm dynabolts and they hold the hose reel very securely.
