A Great Filter
This product is for a large pond that has frogs and tadpoles in most of the year. The filter has kept the water perfectly clean.

Product manual/instructions
Whilst the product itself is of reasonably good quality it’s manual, instructions & backup service/parts, leave a lot to be desired.
The manual is generic for all their filters & pumps & because their written by non English speaking countries, they are very confusing.
Instructions are gobbledegook.
It might as well have been written by a chimpanzee.
Basically you have to work it out yourself.

This is a great pond filter. Does everything you need to keep your pond clean and healthy. The backwash is a most excellent feature. Saves the hassle of having to manually remove the filters in order to clean them. Just to be on the safe side I will manually clean the filters once every 2 months.
