This is an excellent product. The plumper has a bit of a tingle and smells light of cinnamon. Within seconds I saw a slight plumping in my lips that continue to look and feel moisturized. The primer gives a smooth coverage so lipstick glides on the lips.

There is no dramatic difference but a slight subtle one. I use this product alone and when I am doing my makeup for an outing. I like it because it is not sticky or greasy. It is now an important addition to my cosmetic bag.Read full review...

Fine nothing special

Ok i only buy this Elf Prime and Plumper stick for the plumping side. The primer is very chalky thick, doesn't blend well at all for me. The other side the plumper feels tingly and feels nice silky on lips. But i dont believe my thin lips get plumped but it does make my lips appear reddish so i like that that color effect happens in a minute but even that red color doesn't last long. So i guess the cinnamon flavor is effecting lip by turning a deeper natural color, as i dont wear lipstick. This may be good for picture taking because whatever effect wont last long. Elf lip primer and plumper

Not a very good product as a primer and especially a plumper. It depends on the type of lip stick I'm sure but truthfully it was a waste of money in my personal opinion .

Great product, love how it's a duo.

I typically apply the plumping balm while getting ready. I'll put it on twice or three times for plump and supple lips. I put the lip primer over the the plumper after most of the plumper has been absorbed. It's important to exfoliate and moisturize lips so it doesn't bunch up or flake. ELF has a great lip exfoliating stick with moisturizers in. They lip exfoliaters have several flavors and are sugar based. I can't get enough of it. After exfoliating the exfoliating lipstick has enough oils to moisturize but I live in a bone dry environment and have always struggled with dryness so I moisturize with Vaseline and let it sink in before applying the primer.
