Thought this would be my easy way to record my VCR tapes to DVD
The installation was easy and my tapes were recorded OK. The problem is taking the movie from my laptop to a DVD. I can not after trying hundreds of times get this done. I've looked every where for a phone number to call for help and no phone number anywhere. The instructions are something to be desired.....they are not clear at all.
