I purchased the Ellen DeGeneres Here and Now 2003 DVD after seeing a portion of it on a TV special. Ellen takes things we see or happen to us in our every day lives and makes it very funny. She is funny without making rude comments or using inappropriate language; it is a very refreshing DVD. Ellen's expressions sometimes don't even need word to be funny. It is a great DVD to watch with the family because it is funny and you don't have to worry about an inappropriate word coming out of her mouth. Ellen DeGeneres is Hilarious

Ellen is a talented comedian, bringing humor to the tedious and monotonous aspects of life that everyone can relate to. My friends and I found ourselves referencing this skit continually after watching. It's not only good for a laugh while watching, but it sticks with you and keeps you laughing as you go through the tasks and experiences she talks about in this film. A world class stand-up - very funny from start to end.

I bought 2 copies to give to my 2 best friends who hadn't seen it. I have enjoyed this show many times on TV and it always makes me laugh. She is a genius and world class stand-up comic. Watching this brings you right into the situation as if you were there, and you actually feel how embarassing or stupid or what not it is.

What can I say except I laughed so hard I cried. I am an Ellen fan and have her tv show on dvd. I thought because of my interest in her show and daytime talk show that I would probably enjoy this dvd...and I was certainly correct.
