Excellent game. I have played every total war game since shogun, this one continues the legacy with Excellent game mechanics and impressive gun fighting explosions.

Good buy

The game was very realistic, and a good buy. I liked how much more advanced and realistic it was compared to Total Wars previous games. It gives you a first hand comparison on how the war was won.

Good game for the price

It's good game for the price I paid. I'm not a good writer that why I'm writing a lot of words so it can take this note. It needs 100 letters or characters for the review.

Good game, some minor bugs - generally recommended.

The campaign isn't hard or challenging enough but gives the new player a good starting point.

The multiplayer is generally good.

Awesome

This RTS does everything right. It's got the detailed strategy, deep management, exhilarating tactical battles, even naval combat. The water effects are great, the sound is some of the best I've ever heard, and it's countless hours of fun. Even non-RTS players should give this one a go. It's just that great.Read full review...

Anyone considering buying this game must first ensure they have a fast enough coputer, excellent graphics, and a huge screen.

Great game, very well built with high amount of detail. Have not noticed any bugs. Very typical of the Total War series.

Looked Good

I watched the trailer and other movies and it looked awesome. I got and i didn't work. Still can't figure out why. I paid 50 good dollars for it and it doesn't work. Great game

Bought by one of my children and they love it...quite a hardware hog, but if you've got the processing power, they sure seem to love these Total War games...not ovverly graphic but lots of strategy.
