I have a 2004 4runner with over 160k miles and this intake boosted acceleration and helps with hill climbs in my area. One tip = disconnect battery and clean the air sensor with the proper cleaner (walmart). Once reconnected the CPU will recalibrate correctly and improve MPGs.Read full review...
