Excellent product. Check prices in more than one place though.
Local appliance shop want $79.95. Online repair for Whirlpool ( and many others using this same product ) was $50 plus shipping. I paid $19.54 for this with free shipping. Found others exactly the same as low as $15.00 AFTER I had paid for this one. It pays to shop around and it was easy to take the old one out and install the new one. The local appliance store wanted $75 for installation. Took me about 10 minutes max to take out the old one and install the new one. Plus gave me a chance to thoroughly clean the bottom of the oven. BTW I am a helpless female. Read full review...

1/4" Hex Screw and Patience You Can Do it.
Installed myself after watching a pro do it on a YT video. It was tedious, becaused I have the top of the line Kenmore with a warming drawer and convection. There were about 3 extra steps. Removed the actual igniter out of the cage it came in and placed it into the one the old part was in. The cage did not fit mine so if that is your issue, try reusing the old cage. Take pics at each step of removal so you can remember how some things fit back into it. Get a pillow to lay on. It takes about an hour if you are not interrupted. 1/4" hex screwdriver is a must.Read full review...

Works well with a minor adjustment
Works well, but I needed to slightly adjust the bend on one of the attachment tabs. The igniter that it replaced used only one attachment tab, and the extra tab on the new one was getting in the way a bit. A few seconds of work with a pair of pliers fixed the problem. Read full review...

10 minute install
Opened oven door, removed 2 screws at the back floor, lifted oven floor out then removed 1 nut which gave me access to igniter, removed old one cut 2 wires and spliced on new igniter and it was working like new again. The cost was about 1/4 of what appliance repair supply stores charge.Read full review...

Works fine, good price.
Works fine, pretty easy installation. Wire-nuts are a bit small, and I had small end of wire break off in one, so it was difficult to get a good connection with the other length of wire. Got the oven working, though, so mission accomplished.Read full review...

Fixed 17 yr. old Bosch oven
It fixed my Bosch 17 year old oven. The flint is very fragile, not a product defect--purely operator error. I broke the first one installing it, but the second one worked perfectly!

Nice Buy
Low cost replacement compared to Bosch parts..Easy fix, works fine. Have high temp wire nuts on hand as the ones supplied are tricky.

Gas Oven Igniter
Its not plug and go. You have to wire the original connector plug to this but it is a simple procedure, It will save you money from buying OEM. How long it last is anyone's guess but that's the same with everything. Read full review...
