Very good reception, well made with a lot of features. Versatile with either battery or wall wart. There are some features I haven't played with yet but so far I'm enjoying it. Off hand the one thing I don't like is that it always shows a battery symbol even when there are no batteries installed and it's running on AC. great radio --NO PLUG

as they said don't think it has been used - only thing missing was original box - did have the little instruction book -- which does have some good stuff that you don't have to look up on internet = I am sad that there was NO ELECTICAL plug - which means I have to buy one from best buy and thus the total price ain't such a great deal anymore. Nothing mentioned in original ebay display noting that there was no plug - says what you see in picture but that is misleading because you would assume that plug would be tucked away in the little storage space area. Well thats the good the bad and the ugly - good enough deal but tainted with shananiguns. But alas this is how daily life has come to be from all directions so just suck it up and contemplate a better world.Read full review...

Not your grandfather's Grundig.

Not as robust or iconic as it looks. Has a plastic case. FM reception is stellar...haven't had a chance to put a proper exterior antenna on it yet. I would anticipate it will be an effective shortwave receiver. Letters on the buttons are too small read.Read full review...
