Great quality and a must have for home fitness

I was surprised how solid this station is. Take some time when it arrives to work out the correct parts, then use the well set out step by step instructions to put it together.

Now I do chest, back and abbs, incorporating this with my normal floor exercises like push ups and crunches. I ride a pushbike for legs so getting a full body workout.

It’s not quite as stable as a pro-gym machine, but for the money, it’s great. Wobbles a tiny bit but very usable. Assembly as expected... took an hour or so. No issues.
