Great bench if you need something compact and you aren’t too big.

If you are after a cheap weight bench that folds up easily and is very compact, then this is a great option. It is super compact and I paid under $100 for it.
It is a little narrow on the board but it is suitable for my needs and my shoulder blades just fit.
I wouldn’t buy this if you are benching 100kg+ reps as although it says it can handle that weight, I wouldn’t want to be testing it.
Instructions to assemble are useless. I had to refer to the images on the listing a few times to get it right.
This bench is a compromise for someone that wants a bench but has minimal storage for one. If you have the space to have a weight bench setup 24/7 then this isn’t the bench for you. If you live in an apartment or have a garage which you park cars in but want something you can use and pack up then it’s worth considering as it’s really quick and easy to setup and fold up.

Disappointing

Firstly the product is made in China despite what the brand says so be aware of this.

Second, the leg straps aren't actually tight enough to support your weight doing crunches by any measure.r>
Be aware that you can't fold it up and leave your weights on it at the same time as it will knock the bar off.

And finally, the instructions for putting it together are abysmal.

Compact, lightweight with some good features.

You can adjust the height of the two bars, you can also use the handle bars for lifting your own body weight. And you can fold it up to save space, even though it's not that big which is good.
