Because I was diagnosed with cancer and all the treatment, and Kemo I have had to go through. exercise has to be a key part of rehabilitation. as I am too lazy to travel to a gym and pay for membership, I have set up a small and basic gym at my place and use it every second day. The exercise bike has fitted in very well with other equipment that I have purchased (weights, rowing implement) as a result fitness has improved dramatically and I hope it will continue. to do so. Overall it’s is ok

Overall it’s good only thing is lcd display which isn’t not showing numbers from the beginning when every time I use , so it’s diff it to get idea that how many calories I burned .
