Bought for my brother who has some back and joint issues. We were just discussing how well it was working for him. Helps relieve some of the pain and increases his mobility. He has mentioned many times that this has helped. This is a large enough quantity and a good value for the money VS the pill or capsule form which can be quite expensive.
