Delicious Pineapple upside down recipe

My favorite recipe in this cookbook is the Pineapple Upside down cake baked in a caste iron skillet. I loaned my copy to a relative but forgot which one. I ordered another cookbook for me and one as a gift for a friend who’s was interested in using her caste iron skillet to bake a cake in. Wonderful "better than homecooked" recipes

I ate at Famous Dave's and LOVED it!!! Shortly thereafter, I was on the web and discovered that a person was sharing a recipe which the restaurant used, and that they got it from a book entitled "Famous Dave's Backroads and Sidestreets". From there, it was a simple task of PriceGrabber investigation to discover that it could be rather economically purchased. It added to the value that the site said that 100% of the purchase price (which... I thought was reasonable)would go to Goodwill. When I got the book, it had an inscription in it, but was otherwise absolutely new and unused. I had not been aware that it was not absolutely new, but recognize that I almost certainly just "didn't notice that" in the description. I WAS aware that 100% of the purchase price went to Goodwill, so it was fairly irrelevant that it had been previously owned. It was apparent, from the pristine shape of the volume that: While it may have been previously owned, it was not previously "used"

Love the Dave and his recipe's!

If you don't even cook the pictures alone are worth buying the book. There is preparation needed - getting the correct particular ingredients that you might not have on hand everyday. Probably not for the beginner cook. But everything looks mouth-watering!Read full review...

EXCELLENT ITEM ! We saw the Cookbook at Famous Dave's Restaurant.....a Beautiful, Beautiful Cookbook ! It was MUCH MORE inexpensive on eBay !
