Bad Purchase

Selling a DVD that does not work in the USA because this is "Region 4". So I spend $22 for a non working DVD. Total waste of money

Excellent Version of Fantasia on DVD.

I bought two copies of Fantasia DVDs- this modern one and what turned out to be a knockoff of the original 1950s version. This one had good sound and vision quality, and I have been sharing many of the scenes with my 4 year old granddaughter, who wants to see the little unicorns every time she visits. The show is a delightful example of quality cartooning for such a long time ago, when the techniques were all manual and labour intensive. I don't let her watch some of the scarier scenes, like Bald Mountain. She is also getting an education in classical music while she watches. It has been a worthwhile purchase.Read full review...
