This was a fun easy to read book. If you're looking for a serious mystery, this is not it! I read it in two days so it is a little juvenile but a good break from heavier reading. This series brings to mind the tv shows...MONK and CASTLE. So if you are a big mystery connoisseur this is not the book for you but if you're looking for a great tongue in cheek, make you smile or even laugh mystery read this. I love a good mystery and trying to figure them out before the end, I have to admit I didn't figure this one out until they actually caught the person. The characters are great. In fact someone had suggested these books be made into a movie. I don't think the story is strong enough for a movie but it would make a great tv series. As I was reading the actors to play each character even came to me. Stephanie: Jennifer Love Hewitt Morelli; Matt LeBlanc (friends) Ranger: Mario Lopez Lula: Sherry Shepherd (the view) Tank: Michael Clarke Duncan (Armageddon/Green Mile) Grandma: Betty White Brenda: Dolly Parton or Paula Deene Loretta: Rosie Perez Mooner: Ashton Kutcher Zook: Charlie McDermott (Axl on the tv show The Middle) Gary & Dom: character actors I can see their face but don't know their names. My view

So what's not to like? Our protagonist is a female who solves her problems despite the men in her life, her family and her friends. It's not always graceful, by the book or entirely sober, but it's funny. Too bad, other humans on the planet don't have Stephanie Plum's convoluted means to an end.Read full review...

Great Series! Great humor

This series, by Janet Evanovich, is always good for a laugh. Her writing style and her characters are just a joy to read. I have read everyone of her Stephanie Plumb series...from "One for The Money" all the way up to "Finger Licking Fifteen". Instead of "Calgon Take Me Away", it's "Janet...take me away!". That's what these books do...they take you away to a fun place and delight your mind.Read full review...

Janet Evanovich is my favorite!
