Looks nice and lightweight

I like the size and the feel. I don't have big wrists so I have hard time finding a watch that looks good. The fitbit is a good size and I hardly can tell that I am wearing it. I marked that it was accurate which it is for the time. I am not sure if it accurate as far as the steps, but I think that it works pretty good. I would have given it a 5 star, but there are a few areas that I think can be improved. 1) It is hard to see in the sun. 2) The face scratches easily. I also wish that it was waterproof, but I sure that it would cost more for that feature. Overall I like it. It helps me push for more steps when I have met my daily goal. Fitbit Battery life

I"ve had the product approximately one month and the battery life sucks. I have to charge every 2-3 days. Most times I don't even know the battery is low. As a result, a couple of times I was out and about when it completely died. iI now have to carry the charger with me at all times.

I've changed my settings and turned things off to reduce the amount of things draining on the battery. None of this helped. Great to track health

I had a fitbit before the charge hr--and that was nice but this has more ways to track exercise, food and sleep. I like having the time availability along with caller ID. I find myself referring to the information a lot more than with the fitbit. My only reason for not having 5 stars is the small (which fit great with the fitbit) is smaller than I thought it would be-or I would have gotten the large. And since there is no switching out to other bands, I'm stuck with having to wear it a bit tighter than suggested. Other than that, love it!Read full review...

Mostly Good

There are plenty of great things about the FitBit Charge HR

The only downsides I could see is the sync'ing is a bit tedious unless you are super diligent. Some of the estimates on distance is off (obviously it does not factor in leg length/etc) - when I am on the treadmill for a mile, it does not register as a mile. That could be something off with the treadmill, but the treadmill uses the lapsed belt as the distance whereas the fit bit uses an estimate of probable distance based on the number of steps and your height. 2 people of the same height can cover different distances based on varying ratios of height:leg length and also whether your stride is longer/short due to running v walking also.Read full review...

Fitbit Charge HR

It was a little dirty when i got it. But it was as described. I cleaned it up in about 10 minutes, made it look new. And now i have a used fitbit that looks brand new. It tracks my heart rate accurately. It is very accurate with steps and jogging. It is not waterproof. It is a toy to be given to a child. Good product with some issues

I like the product overall, but it has some issues. I have problems syncing it with my computer. I wanted to sync with my Samsung Galaxy phone, but the app made my phone act weird, so I deleted the app and decided to just sync with my computer. This has proved problematic. Works great!

As advertised, works great.
I had an older unit and the wrist bands were know to deteriorate and fail quickly on them. Hopefully the wristband on this unit will last longer. The electronics on the old unit worked flawlessly for over two years. (the wristband was glued back together several times over that period and I even tied it on with string for the past month.)
The newer unit is a little more slender and slightly less weight and the band size is smaller that the older style, which is generally a positive as on the older units the bands ran very large. The Fitbit is lightweight and just the right size; not too big not too small. It helps me keep motivated by sending me reminders thru the phone app. It tracks my sleeping pattern very well and every step I take. It vibrates when I have a phone call and shows the name or number of the caller, I find this to be helpful when I don't have my phone in front of me.

The wristband is nothing fancy and I don't expect it to last very long ( I use it on a daily basis) , it's rubbery and it looks "cheap" however, I bought my Fitbit knowing this so I wasn't disappointed. great minus the rash it leaves

It tracks- heart rate, steps, miles, flights of stairs, time you're active and sleep patterns. Quite a step up from my fitbit flex. (never got a rash) It works great but the band gives me a red rash & I don't see how I can change it to something else.
